Dietary options are questions to discuss with the provider, not assurances made by Caterers.tv. Keep private guest details out of public enquiries.

Request a complete proposed menu, including breads, dressings and desserts. Ask the provider to confirm ingredients for the actual dishes offered.
Tell the caterer the specific requirement and ask about ingredients and preparation. A menu described as gluten-free is not a substitute for confirming what the provider can safely accommodate.
Ask what the business means by halal, which dishes it covers and what sourcing or certification information they can provide. Confirm preparation and service arrangements directly.
Explain the standard required for the event. Ask who supervises or certifies the service, where relevant, and confirm the venue and equipment arrangements with the provider.
Contact the caterer directly before booking. Ask whether they can accommodate the specific requirement and explain their ingredient and cross-contact procedures. Do not infer suitability from cuisine, vegan or other menu labels.
Agree an appropriate way to collect guest requirements, a deadline for changes and one person to coordinate with the caterer. Confirm how agreed meals will be identified and served. A listing tag will describe a business’s stated offering; it will not replace this conversation.
