Different corners, different flavours
Food stations
Several serving points can encourage movement and offer menu variety. Each station needs enough capacity for the expected demand.
Fit the service to the venue
Place popular stations so their queues do not block entrances or other food. Agree which stations open together and which are served later.
Questions for your first conversation
How many portions can each station serve during the window? Is food finished on site? Who restocks and clears?
Compare the complete quote
Ask for separate details for: Station equipment, power needs, individual attendants, signs, rentals and minimum orders.
Make a written service plan
Include the location, guest count, arrival time, serving window and person coordinating on the day. Record who supplies equipment, who receives deliveries and who clears the space. Ask how changes to numbers or timing affect the quote.
