Spice, celebration & generous tables

South Asian catering

Build a menu around the dishes and traditions that matter to your guests. North and South Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan cooking each bring distinct possibilities.

Make the brief specific

Ask which regional menus the caterer actually cooks, rather than requesting a generic “Indian buffet”. Discuss vegetarian courses, bread service, spice preferences and the sequence of a multi-day celebration.

A starting point for your menu

A welcome snack station; a clearly described main menu; breads served at the right moment; a separate sweets and tea service.

Make space for every guest

List dietary requirements separately from cuisine preferences. Ask the caterer about ingredients, preparation and cross-contact before confirming any menu. A cuisine label is not an allergy, halal or kosher assurance.

Compare the whole service

Ask what the quote includes: food, staff, setup, rentals, travel, service duration and cleanup. Confirm the guest-count deadline and what happens if plans change.
